Sample Daily/Hourly Report

Overview: I see no great tragedies tomorrow, only some early anxiety and nerves followed by a little confusion or uncertainty that passes by evening. It's not a bad day at all. The single most difficult part of the day will be early, between 1015am - 1045am.

Preview: You are anxious about tomorrow now, but that anxiety won't last; it peaks early in the morning tomorrow, way before the afternoon shooting sessions begin. But if you are still planning to shoot at that private range in the morning, your nerves may get in the way some then. However, your ability to concentrate and focus your attention on details and precision will be very strong tomorrow morning, and you will be a good student then who can learn very successfully, asking the right questions and having good comprehension. Then the afternoon looks a little confused and fuzzy, especially from noon to about 4PM, and you might feel sleepy or unfocused then, and your memory and attention to detail may not be up to
snuff then. Later in the afternoon you relax and feel more comfortable and sociable.

Detail: In the morning tomorrow, there may be some early nerves, and you will feel a little challenged or stressed out around 1030am.

By 11am you are feeling much better, and those good feelings last a good stretch of time, getting stronger until 1230pm, but persisting all the way until 3pm, and that whole period is likely to be rather social and pleasant.

Around 1pm you do find yourself feeling confused, a little disoriented, out of your depth, and/or unprepared, and that feeling fades some before coming back stronger around 4pm.

Around 130pm, you briefly feel strong, powerful, determined, resolute, and capable.

Around 2pm, you briefly feel happy, at ease, and very sociable, and at 3pm, you briefly feel very intelligent, adaptable, and well-informed, and will soak up information like a sponge then.

Your earlier sense of anxiety and uncertainty doesn't last beyond the mid-afternoon. By 5pm your earlier sense of confusion and uncertainty has begun to subside and you start to feel quite confident and adept in your activities, and for the rest of the evening you feel good about successfully integrating something new and unfamiliar into your life.

The evening is generally good, except for a brief and quite minor period of frustration right around 830pm.

The afternoon and evening are rather exciting and adventurous, and by 7pm or so, you are really "getting into" and "getting a kick out of" your activities.

You are liable to be quite wound up later in the evening, and might not get to sleep as early as you should.

Anyway, I see the anxiety you are feeling now, and that disperses early in the morning tomorrow.
