Just as the sign Gemini rules movement, communication, and trade on the personal or individual level, the sign Pisces rules these same things on a much more global, universal, or transpersonal level.
That means that Pisces rules the Global Economy, and so it makes sense that a true Global Economy didn't really come into existence on this planet until the Age of Pisces (which lasted roughly from 400 BC to 1800 AD, give or take a few centuries).
Any first-year astrology student will be able to tell you that Pisces rules the dissolution of boundaries, allowing all manner of goods, services, and ideas to flow freely across former dividing lines. Until the Roman Empire united much of Europe, Asia, and the Middle East, there was no such thing as a Global Economy on the planet, but today's economy is far more global than anything dreamed of by Rome.
The planet Neptune entered Pisces in 2011 and will stay until 2025. This is the first time that Neptune has been in Pisces since the invention of the automobile, which created a demand for crude oil that turned it into a valuable commodity. This is important because Neptune rules oil, and Neptune's entry into Pisces should increase and magnify the impact of oil on the world economy.
Although Neptune has been in Pisces since 2011, it has not had any major afflictions from any of the other outer planets until now. But shortly, Saturn is going to enter into Sagittarius and set up a square to Neptune, and when that happens, we will a negative impact by oil on the global economy. This square will be in effect from late 2014 through most of 2016.

Pathfinder Predictions : Sept - Dec 2014
Here are Pathfinder Astrology's predictions for the remainder of 2014 :
1. US military campaigns enjoy steady success through mid-October.
2. No rioting or large scale violent public unrest occurs in the US in September or October.
3. There are no government shutdowns before late November.
4. October is a very good month for the US. The economy is strong and makes gains , the nation is buoyed by good news from the military, there is no major rioting or public unrest, and the news carries several stories that boost public sentiment. The US government enjoys considerable success in October, and is able to function effectively.
5. The US economy then weakens in November and December, and the general public grows quite unhappy and sour during these months. November and December will be a difficult and dramatic period for the nation, when emotions run very high.
6. There will be dangerous unrest and distress in US streets again in November. There will be a shocking, surprising, violent, and angering story in the news that month that the media will cover very aggressively. The nation's focus will be primarily on domestic issues in November. The November 24th deadline for the Iranian Nuclear talks will not meet much success, but US flexibility assures it won't be seen as a complete failure.

Red Flag Alert for March 2015
In 2015 we will see two major outer planet squares: Uranus square Pluto and Saturn square Neptune. The Uranus-Pluto square is making the last of the seven aspects in its 2012-2015 series in March, while the Saturn-Neptune square will make the first of the three aspects in its 2015-2016 series in November. The Uranus-Pluto square is a longer duration event, being effectively active from 2011-2016, while the Saturn-Neptune square is only active in 2015 and 2016. On two occasions in 2015, these two squares are tied together into a single massive outer-planet alignment, once in March 2015 and again in October-November 2015. This is very rare.
In March 2015, the last exact square of Uranus-Pluto occurs just as the Saturn-Neptune square comes into close orb of less than three degrees. This final Uranus-Pluto square will also be extra energized at that time because it is occurring on the 15th degree of Cardinal signs, thereby activating the 15 degree Aries Eclipse of October 2014. But in addition to this, both Mercury and Mars will be making aspects to all four planets – Saturn, Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto, all between March 11-22. Mars conjoins Uranus and squares Pluto on March 11, then sesquiquadrates Saturn on the 17th and semisquares Neptune on March 22. Meanwhile, Mercury semisquares both Uranus and Pluto on March 13th by conjoining their midpoint, then goes on to square Saturn on March 16 and conjoin Neptune on March 18. Thus, Mercury and Mars effectively tie the two outer planet squares into a single massive six-planet alignment between March 11–22 2015.
I view this as an extremely high-risk, red-flag alignment that points to multiple high-profile events occurring in the news at that time. International tensions will be extremely volatile and unstable then, while patience, trust, and calm will be in short supply. Sudden, violent, and highly destructive events are likely then, both accidents and intended events. You could not pay me enough to climb on a plane that month. I see this period as being at especially high risk for violent terrorist attacks, and the Saturn-Neptune component suggests very regrettable and sorrowful consequences.
I am concerned about a possible nuclear or other WMD event that month.
I do not believe that Russia would be involved in or closely affected by any terrorist or WMD events that month, but the US does seem to be very disturbed that month. I am also inclined to think that the US economy will take a dive that month. So far as the USA is concerned, the events of March 2015 will usher in a period of increasing unrest and destabilization that escalate through that summer. France, Italy, and India are also liable to be disturbed by the events of March 2015, but they get over it quicker. Israel and Japan are also directly afflicted by the events of March 2015, but they don’t take it so well. Barbara Bush, Laura Bush, George W Bush, Dick and Lynn Cheney, John McCain, Hilary Clinton, Mitt Romney, Barack Obama, and Vladimir Putin all seem to go through crises in the first three months of 2015.

August 20th-30th Violence Predictions Coming True in Spades!
Wow!
On August 20th, I posted on Facebook that the next week to ten
days (Aug 20 - 30) would be full of violence, warning that "I will
frankly be surprised if the news in the US isn't filled with more
stories of violence during these dates."
Since then, Russian troops have openly invaded Ukraine, sparking likely NATO involvement in the Ukrainian civil war, while the US has (1) intensified its bombing in Iraq, (2) started flying spy planes over Syria, and (3) is pushing to build an international military coalition against ISIS.
Meanwhile on the domestic front, the biggest earthquake in 25 years hit California, a nine-year-old girl killed her shooting instructor with an Uzi in Arizona, an F-15 Eagle crashed in Virginia, an ISIS video showed U.S. journalist James Foley getting beheaded, a cast member of the TV show COPS was accidentally killed by police during a live show in Omaha, the US Coast Guard fired on an Iranian ship, three dead bodies were found in a lake in Oregon, the bound bodies of two others were found in a river in Philadelphia, a serial killer shot seven and killed four in Los Angeles, a U.S. soldier killed herself at Fort Lee, Virginia, sparking a lockdown of the Army base, a Chinese jet dangerously intercepted a U.S. Navy patrol plane, a truck carrying hazardous materials crashed in Tennessee, a semi crashed into a tanker in Colorado, the entire school system in Pickerington Ohio was locked down when a man phoned the high school and threatened to murder students with an AK-47, and North Carolina and California were both hit by hurricanes at the same time.
And we're not even through all the ten days yet.

End of the Year Showdown in US Government
Reuters is running stories suggesting that the
Republicans could force a showdown in September over the immigration
issue, possibly sparking another government shutdown in October.

Two Predictions Came True Today!
Hey, this must be a "Two-Fer Tuesday", because I had TWO, count 'em TWO, major predictions come true today!
1. I had predicted that once Israel moved into its next Lunar Return cycle (August 23 - Sept 19), they would reach a more lasting peace deal, which happened today.
2. I had also predicted that the US Liberty Chart's P2 Moon-Mars conjunction of August 25 would bring the US conflict, violence, and war, and today, one day after the conjunction, the news is reporting that the US is about to start bombing Syria.
